Reducing property offer due to coronavirus

I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset.

This is a quick podcast to explain my thinking when on a property deal I reduced my offer price due to coronavirus. This might be a controversial idea but I think it is a sensible one. The effects of Covid-19 will be felt globally and in the property market for months in the future. These are my reasons for making that decision.
