Projects will always cost you more and take more time

I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset.

I have been running a property project and I have found that it has cost me more money than I expected and it is taking longer than I thought. This is the reality of life and projects. Always plan a contingency in a project, it will save you further down the line.
