I am a corporate employee with an entrepreneurial mindset. 

Stop talking and listen more and then ask more questions. The best leaders ask questions. It is all too east to speak and cover the silence but actually stop and ask more questions will help your business or career.

It is a technique which you need to develop. Be a better you by asking questions.
