This podcast is the 12 best ways to negotiate, it is a hard to develop this skill and I think this podcast will be able to help you. I have developed this technique with a couple of recent experiences. Firstly, through negotiating a salary in my new job and negotiating buying properties.

This skill is more advance than some of the podcast topics I have spoken about but at it's base it is about influencing people which everyone in business should be doing.
