Personal responsibility is also discussed as being critical for success, as those in the top 1% have committed to be the best at whatever they do. Commitment is the foundation for success, and without it, one will never reach the top.

The first speaker mentions that they grew up on a cattle ranch in Missouri and that this experience taught them the importance of commitment.
